Our contemporary frame cladding moves the nailing flange towards the interior, because of this a jamb extension is needed to obtain a 4-9/16″ jamb depth.
To accommodate triple glazing, the sealed unit cavity is expanded inward. This decreases the 2-7/16″ interior jamb surface to 1-13/16″.
